RETURN POLICY
All iPhone cases are made-to-order and can only be returned if there is a defect in production. If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have a production defect or damage upon delivery.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us at HELLO@CRAFIC.COM within 3 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 3 days if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our iPhone cases, we do not accept returns for reasons other than production defects or damage.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
