The cases
Which phones do you make cases for?
iPhone 11 through iPhone 17, including the Pro, Pro Max, Plus, Air and mini models, plus iPhone SE (2020 and later). Pick your model on the product page.
Is the design raised or textured?
No. The image is UV printed flat into the back of the case, so it is smooth to the touch. It just looks real.
What is the case made of?
A solid polycarbonate back with flexible, see-through polyurethane sides and a 0.5 mm raised edge around the screen. Port openings are precisely aligned and the case is easy to put on and take off.
Does it work with wireless charging?
Yes.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $50 and on orders over $100 everywhere else. Below that, US shipping is $3.50 and international shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Every case is made to order. Orders usually leave within 2 business days, then take 2 to 7 days in transit within the US and 4 to 22 days internationally.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Your rate appears at checkout once you enter your address.
Returns
Can I return a case?
Because each case is made for your order, we accept returns for production defects, damage in transit, or the wrong item. Email hello@crafic.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. The full details are on our returns page.
I picked the wrong phone model. What now?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not gone into production yet, we can change it.
