This privacy policy explains how Newment Inc., doing business as CRAFIC ("CRAFIC", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit crafic.com or buy from us.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide one, and anything you write to us, for example through our contact or wholesale forms.
Order information: the products you buy, order history and payment status. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.
Device and usage information: your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To take, make, ship and support your order, including returns and refunds
To answer your questions
To send marketing emails if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for them to do so:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments
Printful and shipping carriers, which make and deliver your order
Yotpo, if you leave a product review
Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google, which may use cookies to measure and improve our marketing

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and other information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email hello@crafic.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
